Australian domestic shipping

We use AUS POST as our most reliable courier. Standard shipping times are between 3-5 days.

International shipping

We will ship to anywhere you are! Shipping times will vary from country to country.

Returns

We understand that sometimes your purchase may not be quite right. We offer a full refund, store credit or exchange for change of mind or faulty goods within 14 days of purchase date. For international purchases, this will be extended to delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your A&V item must be returned at buyers expense, unused and in the same condition in which you received it, along with proof of purchase.
Our return policy excludes sale.

Please note that each Albert & Victoria garment is hand made with love. We see beauty in imperfection. Some items may differ slightly due to the nature of one of a kind and vintage fabrics.
